Radio Head unit

Mine just went out and i have given the factory one to my dad, so i need a new/used one. Looking for something cheap but will pay up for something nice.


Can anybody fix these? my volume knob no longer turns up.

I have a 3 year old eclipse unit ill sell you for 300, its in excellent shape, I've never had a problem with it but I no longer have a car to put it in right now since I sold the maxima.

I don't know the model number, ill get it tonight when i get off work, and as far as i know they only make high end stuff, their quality is top notch, the cd player is the best I've ever owned, it will play cd's with out skipping that will skip on every other cd player

If its not a detachable face I can give it a shot, the detachable ones have voodoo inside.

a quick crutchfield search put them all under 300 execpt the screens. but find out for me

I have a cassatte player, or two, laying around but I think I'll hold out for a CD player.:gigem:

the model number is cd 8443, new it retailed for close to 600, i found a few on the internet for sale for between 250 and 350, when i got it it was the top of their line or second in line, the eclipse on crutchfield that is top of the line is going for 550

I don't know about their newer stuff but when I sold Eclipse in 99-2000, it was top notch stuff.

agreed, even ther basic stuff when i bought mine was 250

In my F250 I went to Best Buy and got the cheapest thing that played MP3's, it was like 140, then my truck got broke into, So I went and bought another of the cheapest thing that would play MP3's it was like 150.... In my Chevelle I will pay 3 or 4 or 5 for a fancy custom fit deck, but in a truck, f'it put in whatever. I laugh at 300 for a used deck.
