i know nothing about aquariums in general, especially salt water. i dont particually care for one, but having it there till you sell it really doesnt bother me. we are all moving in this weekend, so come by whenever.

what kind of fish do you have in there?

more of a liability thing if anything. i didnt want me, roommates, worthless ass dog, etc breaking something and having to foot the bill.

i told ryan to cut the breakers when he leaves, but he insisted to let the fish live in the tank. so there may be hope.

I'll tell my brother. He likes fish and was talking about getting a tank, but I'm not sure he likes them this much. He saw it at the house one time and thought it was bad ass.

the pumps really dont pull that much, look at the side it tells you the amperage

i was worried when i first set up the tank in the house that it would cost alot, but to tell you the truth i didnt even notice a difference in the electric bill.

i think only one of those pumps runs anyways. the other is turned off.

so the only thing running is 1 pump and the lights for part of the day.

ill PM you.

i have had a couple people ask already, ill let you know.

Seth

Not that I live there or own the tank, but draining it to save the money on the electricity used to run the pump and lights is just about nil. turn your AC when you leave, or dont stand in front of the fridge with the door open, or seal up the windows and doors on the house. That kind of stuff will make more of a diff.

Or coop, just give them 20 bucks at the first game to cover the elec for the year.
