Prerunner Bumper for F150

I want to replace the bumper on my 1999 f150 with a prerunner style bumper. I want to be able to gain clearance but also still want safety cuz this is a DD too. Anyone know anyone who could possibly fab this or where to get one? I cant find one premade on the net..

I found those..i mean something for like that actually replaces the bumper, not just go over it. heres a better picture of kinda what im looking for.
