No the right bolt pattern for mine. It's white. Some surface rust, mostly inside. I'm not measuring the bolt pattern. Good for spare or whatever. Here are the markings:

thats the right bolt pattern for our trailer. I'll take it since the meth heads stole my brand new tire and rim!
