New $299. I would like to get $125. There is nothing wrong with the winch motor at all. Winch has been used maybe 4-5 times. Problem that I have had since i bough it was the ****ty wiring. You will need to rig up a controller. I took the original controller apart trying to figure it out and now it just as a switch on the box. It will spool out, but will not spool in. Probably needs a switch.
