Yes, the C6 was mated to a 351M, and the C6 I think is somewhat rebuilt.

Yes, that is one thing Ford did right, you can take an NP203, Np208, BW1356 and bolt it to a C6, NP435, M5OD, ZF, etc...

Further the combined length of a C6 and transfercase is the same length as an NP435 and the same transfer case (i.e. the trans adapter makes them all the same length.

tranny has very low miles also (like less than 10,000) the transfercases have none. it will work on your bronco John and I can bring it to you saturday

So I would bolt the 203/205 to my trans adapter and it would be fine? How long is it Tate from where it bolts to the adpater to say the rear yoke? I know some changes would need to be made, just wondering how long it is compared to my 1356, as it doesnt look that much longer

21.5" to wnd of yoke. takes a little floor clearancing with a hammer to fit

My rear driveshaft was like 36", my new driveshaft with doubler is about 31". I do not think this will be the same in Bronco, but the Klogger uses a reg cab short bed frame, with the doubler my front and rear driveshafts are now within 1" of each other. What is cool about this is I can run 1 spare! Just something to think about.

4" longer, not as bad as I thought.

The transmission mount goes on the adapter, so nothing would need to change there. So its some extra weight hanging back there, do most add a support to the case?

I can see where some floor clearancing would be required, as the floor drops down immediately after it clears the t-case.

Yes that crossmember Tate has there will need lots of work and another added to the tcase area. There are pics in my buildup of how mine is done.

On a truck body you do not need to cut the floor, on a bronco you do. I also think the stock cross member would not work on the adapter, but I do not know this.

you would need one at the case too. i never got around to it. this onne was buuilt for 205 case only

Stock Bronco transmission crossmembers have to be notched for anything over 6" of lift. My Kustom tube trans crossmember allows ample driveshaft clearance. Obviously that clearance will be reduced with a slightly longer doubler setup, but I do not think I would have to change anything, with that crossmember and mount.

I do not really want to fab anything else for additional support at the back of the case. My t-case skid now would work as long as the doubler does not hang any lower, but I bet it does.

They are processing the claim now. I made the deposit yesterday and didn't look at my receipt. So they didn't have the check in house anymore. They said it should be fixable but up to 10 business days.
