Ive got one you can have for real cheap, has some extra holes in the top where the cable shifters were mounted. It is in Dallas too but you can have the shifters and everything for $100

Like tommy said, case cracked, had to have been something in a bind inside, I have upgraded both outputs on the 300 and hope they are still salvageable, will piece together a complete setup and slap it in.
