Neighbor is headed there August 4th to 6th. Thinking of bringing something up there to drive around, only hang up is it is going to be hotter than hell. Any of you fegs interested?

YES! I am wheeling the first weekend of every month, hell or high water. I was planning on going to Bridgeport but if a group gets together then I could go to Barwell Mountain instead. I mentioned wheeling this weekend to Flem last time we were out and he was up for Sunday 5th. Saturday, 4th, is cars and coffee. I'll see how this develops over the next few weeks. But I will be wheeling somewhere this weekend.

You know my neighbor, you met him at Alto, Red Jeep, leafs in the front, coil overs in the rear. He has 6 rigs going, one is the ginormous concotion we went to Marble Falls with....

I'll probably leave for BMRA Saturday after C&C , I want to see that stolen and recovered Austin Healey. Arrival of sometime around 1 to 2, light wheeling, the sweating off of balls, then camping.

He has a narrow body that needs 30 minutes of work to bolt onto his frame and have a narrowed bronco. He could probably finish it in one solid day of work but there has been no progress since Travis welded it back together over a month ago.

Bump, Talked to my neighbor tonight, He will be there Mid-Day Friday, I will be there Friday night. We have a grand cherokee on 35's going, my neighbors jeep on 43's, the monstrosity that went to Marble Falls with us, some sort of high end ranger rig and I think one more going from the Crosby/Huffman metroplex. The guy taking the Grand Cherokke is the guy in Huffman selling LED light bars, seem legit although the cover is tempered glass and not the plastic like the real high end ones.

We will be at the RV spots.

Leaving Friday after work around 4-5pm. Prob. staying until Sat. around 4-5. I would like to get back in time for a friends party but I guess we will see how wheeling goes and just play it by ear.

Had an awesome time. Rolled into BMRA about 9:00 PM on Friday. Ryan and Sofia had just got in with his CJ. My neighbor was there with his Jeep and other friends. They had 2 buggys with Baja Claws on them. I think one of them had 53" claws. Wheeled that night a little. Flem and Sharpe showed up in the disco. Woke up and wheeled for several hours. Ate some food, wheeled until 3AM. Klogger ran the entire time.

CARNAGE:
Flem - Bent a radius arm
Klogger - Spit a u-joint cap out on an axle shaft, did not notice it until this morning when it was on the trailer.

Had a great time last weekend. Didn't break anything and the jeep ran perfectly. Started to run out of gas on the last hill climb and it stalled out a bit. . . need to remember to put some gas in it before next trip :gigem:

Karl, thanks for letting Sofia and I crash in the RV with the 'air shower'. It was a hell of a lot cooler then sleeping outside.
