Alto Run Saturday, 2/23

Official run to Shiloh Ridge. We did the newbie one on a Saturday and had a better-than-usual turnout, so we figured another Saturday run was in order. Doing our best to have AT LEAST one official run a month, if not more. RSVP on facebook so we can drum up interest. Going to meet up at Sam's Club at 9:30, be on the road by 10.

Should be towards the end of March, at least that's what we are planning on. Probably weekend of the 30th with a shakedown run on the Sunday following Big Event (March 24th).

Yes, just have to put new valve cover gaskets and breather/pcv valves, reroute fuel pump wiring and add some headlights for night weelin. It's not gonna be pretty, but it ought to be interesting...

Thats what it was last night, a ton of little stuff. I forgot about putting the New valve cover gaskets on til I smelled the oil hitting the headers when I was loading it on the trailer. :doh:

Well, how was this trip?

Was a blast, had about 12 rigs come out, most had 2 people in them. Had a really good time, taught the new kids some good fundamentals, and didnt have much carnage. I think the only things that happened was that matt bent up his exhaust, and evan broke 2 cv shafts in his rzr

I will have to check if I got any of the sloth. It did good, but it was more of a shakedown weekend for it and the beast.
I'll let tum tum elaborate on his, but the motor in mine is real close to running like it's supposed to. Once I rip all the old wiring out and rerun it, most of my gremlins should disappear. I have to replace one of the rear leaf springs. I think it might be the reason the truck tries to crab to the left when loading it on the trailer. The exhaust is in dire need of being rerun again, but I think it's time I try to do it myself so it gets tucked up nice and neat.
