Lessons learned:

Do not hammer the insert into the tube.
Do not screw heim in without THROUGHLY cleaning the threads on the heim and the insert.
Doing this without a chop saw or horizontal ban saw sucks.
Do not touch hot surfaces.

you were able to break a heim joint without it even on the truck??? Now that takes some talent, hope they don't break on the trail with the weight of a truck on it...

Just so everyone knows, now that the bird salute has become an icon of TAMOR, this is where it originated from, the first TAMOR salute, this is because they had to change an in the tank fuel pump at a gas station with 35 gallons of gas in it, with two scissor jacks. Mark McGyver Shipman and Fredo are Badasses...

One will also note that the part must be propoerly disposed of. In the suburban photo, you will note the proper under-hand throwing technique. It imparts just the right amount of spin on a subruban fuel pump.

As well, credit must be given where credit is due. I believe that Jeffery Garner and Kevin Collins should be credited with the TAMOR part chuck/flipoff.

So, with this lifetime warranty, are they covered if they wear out and get loose, or only if they break?

well, although the steering fixed my death wobble for a short time, it returned last nite. I took off my track bar only to find that the install kit that had come with it had given me a 1/2" bolt for a 9/16" hole. also, the hole for the lower mount on my axle housing has been slightly hollowed out over time and allows some play in it....i could drill it out but there's not a whole lotta room in there, but i would like to try to sleeve the bolt somehow to fill the gap. i bought some copper plumbing tube from Lowe's b.c. it has a fairly thin wall, but it still was too big. any suggestions on what to use?

oh yeah, btw, the bigger upper bolt and tightening the lower bolt has fixed the death wobble thus far. :)
