Her is the unpainted bumper, but it is mostly finished. Now i just have to figure out what to do with the corners. I plan on extending the 2x4 around the to the tire.

I have raised the bumper overall about 4" over my old bumper along with bigger tires and lift. I also had a cat back installed when they rerouted my exhaust.

Here is the overall picture. I now have 6" of lift and 33 BFG's along with the Dana 44.

Nicely done, clean and functional. What are your plans for the ends of the tubing? Are you going to cap it with something?

Since you want to wrap it around towards the tires, I think a corner like this would be slick.
