BEN - If I go I will have an open seat. Hell, if you can get whoever it is to go then I'm sure someone will have an open seat for them once you get there. I'll know if I'm going for sure in a couple days.

I'm trailering the Jeep up to CS friday morning. COME ON PEOPLE, WE NEED MORE THAN SIX VEHICLES!!! I'm driving over three hours just to get to where you'll be starting from! Alto is a good starter trip, and if you don't want to wheel very hard it's a great place to watch other people fawk up their junk.

Anybody that wants to ride with me from CS can. All I ask is that someone let me crash somewhere for the weekend and if you ride with me buy me dinner or something.

I GUARANTEE that you'll be in for a fun ride if you ride with me.:D

Me (Jack Deen) and Charley Baugh are planning on making the trip too. If all goes as planned we are taking his Z71 but if we cant get his transmission problem taken care of, then we are going to have to take my truck. In that case we will probably need to ride along with someone once we get there if there are any open seats, if not, I dont mind driving my truck down the main roads to the two mud pits to watch all the crazy rednecks play in the mud. I mean come on people, where else can you see trucks sporting 66in tractor tires. :D I would like to know if anyone thinks they are going to have some open seats.

if tate goes it will be as a passenger...his bronco is out of commission with some sort of transmission leak that uses a quart of fluid/mile. i'd love to go but i cant due to the fact that i am still running 3.54s in my rearend.

Ok, I just talked to Charley Baugh and he is bringing his Z-71 so that will give me and him something to ride in and we are for sure going. I still need to know when we are for sure leaving though. Later.

I'm more old skool that you...beeotch:flipoff2:

Dexter days represent!

I've been to Shiloh a few times...every time I've broken something because I got stupid in the mud. The first time I had to wait for James, Flem and someone else (sorry, I've forgotten who) to come get me and Leebo from the middle of fawking nowhere...we got home at about 4AM. Thus started my downward spiral...

I'm going to play on the trails. I've never really gotten to go out on them because I've had problems being a stupid fish and hitting the big ass mud holes as soon as I see them.

2 hrs, give or take depending on the speed of the group.

some trails, mostly mud.

bburris
09-18-2003, 12:01 PM
There's a pretty large network of trails from what I've been told. I haven't ever had a chance to hit them, so that's what I plan to do.

Once those get old and I've had some fun, I'm going to sit under a tree at the mud pits and watch the crazies.

Matt Conlee

For everyone going to Alto you need to remember to bring lots of water and some food to eat on the trail.

"but i cant due to the fact that i am still running 3.54s in my rearend."

BMFScout
09-18-2003, 03:21 PM
It is mud, especially if it is raining or rained recently. I took the scout, and I tried to stay out of the mud but some newb with street tireson a Z-71 was BURIED off to the side of a trail. He came back to where me and my friend were, and said "I need to find the dodge with the 38" swampers to come pull me out." I replied, "**** that Dodge, I'll pull your ass out..." I did pull him out, but not before putting my scout into a tree...It is mud...That was also the trip that The scout made it up a muddy ass hill climb that Shipman didn't...oooohhhh...disssss!!! I did have Brandon's MT/R's though, "The clean mud like mad" That was the same trip that Shipman did donuts in the CJ, so did Josh Alley, pretty funny...

first Tamor trip for me

BMFScout
09-18-2003, 03:38 PM

once you get to alto, go thru town and turn north on hwy 69...you'll see a sign on the left that says "Shiloh Ridge OHV Park", entrance is right there down a dirt road a ways.

This is what we are about to get into... this pic is from last year... I ended up with a broken frame, killed a starter, and later on a brand new motor from all the crap that got into my block.

BTW who the hell is giving me a ride, I promise I'll even do a write up.
