I need some sort of gasket material that isnt that thick to use on my case. Anyone know where I can find some to cut a shape out of?

you're putting two machined aluminum surfaces together, right? Get permatex gray. Ho'reillys.

The contacts aren't absolutely perfect so I don't know if RTV is going to work by itself.
