got another jeep at the house... that makes 3 CJs, 4 if you count roberts frame... and 5 if you count who owns #3 (CJ IV).... im confused :flipoff2: picked it up from mikey, david Ks friend in navasota, had to sell it (kids suck)... has a nice start to it its a 74 cj5, scout 44s, wheel base lengthened 10" 304, t150, dana 20, york w/tank, cage, bumpers, spring over, yj springs, anti wrap bar, cv shaft, 36" swampers, lots of powder coating, dove tailed and flat fender, body lift.... and we got a t18 were gonna put in with a clocked dana 300.... its has a nice start but there is still tons we can do to it, (gears, lockers, EFI, DUI distributor, fans,4:1 tcase, twin shift, winch, newer steering column, beef up steering, turn nuckles, cleaning up... blah blah blah)

well be workin at the house all night with little **** if anyones bored... byob

I think it looks cools. Keep everything except that rear tire carrier thing. It sticks out too far for it's own good.

I think that rear tire carrier thing is part of the frame, that supports the shackles and springs. I'm no engineer, but that may be important.

Not the whole thing. The spare just looks goofy since it's like a foot and a half from the body.

***, those axles are from my Scout.:D

the tire carrier sticks out far because it was made to hold two jerry cans that arent in the pic, a high lift and a cb intena, and plus its a cj5 with 10" on the rear theres gonna be some extra frame. its actualy flush with the frame and high enough not to hit anything, and the air tank is also back there.... i dont think it will ever be a problem at all
and yeah thanks for the axles... they will have gears and detroits pretty soon...

p.s. its 5 am and just go done playing with it... started at 5 pm... looks a million times better already... and thanks thaxton and mandi for the moral support :flipoff2:

That thing is sweet! Looks kinda tall tho. Does it have a body lift to get rid of or does it just need a set of 39.5s to go with the new gears?:D
Sure wish I had started wheeling with something like that...even if it IS a Heep:flipoff2:

i think it has a 3" body lift to get rid of.... 38s would be sweet but i dont know if 44s will like them too much.... a say lower it and leave the 36"... and besides nick doesnt like there being a jeep at the house bigger than his :flipoff2: .... and yeah he GAHT LOCKA
