Who is going? I'd just like to know how big of a crowd is coming from CS... Also, some people may want to use this as a place to ask for rides or let people know that they have an available seat...

I'm heading up friday morning and I'll get there when I get there. Derek is riding with me, but he says he doesn't want to spot, so I might just strap him to the toolboxes in the back and let someone else ride...:flipoff2: :flipoff2: :flipoff2:

Thats the guy. Hes been running jobs in Corpus for a construction company and got a 04 dually for a work truck so we took his old F250 and molested it R Kelly style. This weekend is going to be interesting considering its his first wheeling trip on rocks.

I think Derek is ascared of my cage design, so he's not going now... :flipoff2:

I have an open seat in the Jeep. I'm coming from Corpus, so if someone wants to ride they need to get themselves to Mason or find a ride from CS.

Any wheeling going on on Sunday? I had been planning on going (havent paid yet) but realized we've got a fawking build day this saturday for cosc 253 that I have to go to. I think I could be over to Mason by around 6 or 7. So what Im asking is it worth comming up just for Sunday?

-havent been on any trail runs with youse guys yet and figured it was about time after 2 years of "membership"

back on subject;
I'm towing Coop's rig down friday night, staying all weekend.
Not leaving until about 9pm and will have at least one seat.
Let me know if you're interested.
Pay 1/3 gas (about 40 gallons total)

as a reminder...

When going through Austin remember the slow down if you're in the adjacent lane to the cop thing they just made a law. They're strict... I know.

you were serious about this?
It's illegal to pass a cop if, say, he's in the right lane doing 40 in a 45, and you slide by in the left lane doing the speed limit?

i think hey are talking about cpo[s that are giving people tickets and you hav to go 20 mph less than the speed limit so you dont giet a ticket

the law is if a cop is stopped and has his lights on you have to either slow down at least 20 mph below the speed limit or move over at least one lane.

So you gotta slow down or move out of the right lane when there's a cop on the shoulder giving someone a ticket? Isn't that common sense? (oh wait, see sig :) )

So nobody wants a ride Friday?

well...my truck is on the road.

I have an oil leak (can't ignore this one...its pretty bad) from the oil pressure sending unit. It also looks like i have a slight leak from the intake/block gasket right near the distributor. Bubba is gonna fix it for me when he gets to mason since we ran outta time today. They're staying at a motel in mason (don't know which one) so if you aren't busy and are itching to wrench on something (not likely) you can mosey on over there and help him out. Its on a 04 PSD with a trailer/white chevy...hard to miss. Anyway, I would really appreciate it and i'll pay you back in TAMOR currency when i get there. I've got plenty.

My truck is one big leak. Gimme a break....cause my truck doesn't give me any.

Thanx guys...see yall on the trail.
