i am not gettin much air blowing through most of my vents even when fan is on high. only one with much comin through it is the one to the right of the stereo. i have tried opening them all and have tried closing all but one or two to see if that makes a difference and it does nothing noticable, in fact actually flows a little better with all of them open. anyone else have a 99+ silverado or know if this is normal? if so is there anyway to make the other vents blow more air?

wtf does freon have to do with the airflow through his vents? I know that the evaporator on my Mazda was clogged up pretty good, and I'm sure that is the case on the Ford as well. Try cleaning out the vents.

they're usually in the firewall on the passenger side under the hood, right behind the blower motor/heater etc.

Under your glove box you will see maybe 2 or 3 small screws. You will have to take off the big plastic cover and then take off a piece that looks like a "L" and they are inside.
