What's good about an 84? Is that the last year of the solid axles?

that is not the same style as your's coop. thats the boxy body style like eric's. Its an allright find for parts, but nothing great. And i hate to say this, but that is the ugliest of the yota body styles (i've owned two of them and cut them both up for parts). Third generation trucks still have the cleanest lines, plus the 22re standard and the heavier duty transmissions. the only problem is the IFS, but a weekends worth of work can change that fast

strongest of the solid front axles, otherwise nothing special.
That truck may even have IFS.
Definitely carbureted, but still a good price
