you ought to drive... you need to practice a little more on some of the easier places like alto so you are not as scared on the trail

sonofa*****es... had I known earlier that mancuso and spears were going I really woulda tried to make it. sadly enough I had to settle for sleeping in and getting another nasty case of the I-wants at gander mountain. oh well... hope to catch you kids on the way to gilmer or clayton.

Um...since he isn't a member of the club, I'll post one guy's carnage for him.

Drunken 4 wheeler Redneck - His drink was leaking out of the bottom of his cup...promptly fixed due to the creative engineering of a TAMOR member. (aka duct tape) :flipoff2:

I almost hit someone that ran a stop sign...other than that, no carnage. :gigem:

Tilloda
09-13-2004, 12:31 AM
i broke a steering coupler which was soon fixed and then fried a starter...was towed home by AAA thanks to uglyota.

bburris
09-13-2004, 01:09 AM
How far did AAA tow you?

Tilloda
09-13-2004, 10:28 AM

cool...cheaper than the gas to drive back out there and get it

I'm never going to alto again...
this trip was so much fun that another would be anticlimatic :D
it was dry, beautiful weather, good wheelin (apparently the scout really does wheel :flipoff2: ), no major breakage, a few people learned what their rigs could (and could not) do...welcome to TAMOR, come to the meeting and get your windshield stickers!

uglyota
09-13-2004, 12:36 PM
oh yeah, carnage...lower RH side of my cab, headlight, and headlight ring

Jackasic
09-13-2004, 03:51 PM
You know eric, you should replace that light with one that has a Scout attached to it :D

I think my PS pump went out, but it has been on the fritz for a while. All in all, a good time. Good to get the Scout on the rocks again. Even got to drive the Barbi Jeep, woohoo!

Violentv8toy
09-13-2004, 05:11 PM
cracked my front pinion yoke...spit out the cap and separated my front shaft as i drove back at the end of the day.

amazingly i couldn't blow the bal'd tire.

other than that, nothing.

Hey eric...lets weld that rearend already.

uglyota
09-13-2004, 05:13 PM
That's a good idea, Brandon, seeing as the darn things are free, while people with Toyotas think they're worth something, but I'm not so sure my 22re could push a scout ;)

:flipoff2:

mario I'm on it...buggies and poll-lockah before the next trip :D

Guys, I just wanted to say I had a good time on my first trip with ya'll.... Looking forward to more, but I will changing diff fluids before then. No carnage that I know of... I did learn more about what my ride will do, and what I need to do to it..Thanks

uglyota
09-14-2004, 08:35 AM
I hope everyone that ventured into the goo has changed their diff fluids by now
