Alright, well the horn on my truck stopped working this summer for some strange reason and with me being the retard that I am when it comes to fixing stuff like this, Im not really sure where to start looking to figure out how to fix it or whats wrong with it. Anybody got any suggestions.

That I did think of and if I was looking at the right one, Im pretty sure its not blown.

if you are not sure exactly which fuse it is... check them all... if they are fine pop your hood and check the wire hooked up to the horn... it could have come off or broken...if you still havent fixed it at this point it might be a little more work

there are usually cheezy connections both at the actual horn (behind the grille) and in the steering wheel. If it's connected, maybe test the horn manually with 12volts to make sure it works.

take the wires off and hook your horn straight to the battery to see if that is the problem

Alright, I am an idiot, after checking all the fuses, I found one that was blown.

i was gonna suggest you get in there with a screwdriver, one that is really sharp and will easily poke a hole in the air bag :flipoff2:
