Hey kids! This is Kate; Frick is kindly allowing me to post this since I've had no time to come to meetings let alone pay dues this semester. As most know, I'm headed to Australia for a study abroad in the spring and my roommate is graduating in December.
Our duplex lease doesn't end until mid-May.
Here's the info:
2 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom Duplex
It's got an open living room with fireplace.
Large backyard that's fenced; pets are okay and unlike with some realty companies, there's no breed or size restriction if you have a big dog or something.
Rent is $575 per month
Deposit: My roomie and I will pay the $450 deposit if you take over our lease.
We're planning on moving out at the end of December, but can be out before if necessary.
