My roommate is moving out a the begining of January and the lease isnt up untill April. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with 2 living rooms, kitchen, bigass walk in closet, computer room, and kitchen. I dont know the exact square footage but its deffinately over 1000 sq. ft. Rent is $347.50 a month and half bills is usually ~$90. There is alot of parking, people that dont even live here park their vehicles here with no problems (Mario :flipoff2: ), so if you have 2 vehicles, no problem. The complex is Sevilla, its on the corner of Holleman and Anderson. Its close enough to campus to ride a bike if so inclined but it is right on bus route 24.
