well here's what i did with my day off, and some of the preparations made a couple weeks ago to tow Flem to Clayton, which didnt pan out...and some bedliner pics for whoever was looking at lining their sh!t.

Bedliner the day it was finished. 1 coat on the sides 2.5 coats in the bed.

Bedliner today. 4+ years later i think. Made a cool adapter to go from the 6 prong socket on my truck to the 7 prong plug on Foley's trailer. Also added the safety chain hooks outside the drop at BMF the night before leaving for Clayton

You may've noticed the exhaust pipe and catalytic converters in the previous pic....i took them off and added an H-pipe in their place...gas mileage over the last 3 tanks has gone from ~8.5 to 10.7mpg.

the "roundtuits"....rewired the driver's door speaker so it works again (been a few months), put the driver's side kickpanel back on (took it off to run wires for my tach over a year and a half ago), put the electric fan switch that had been hanging down by the pedals back in the dash...cant remember how long thats been there, and remounted the CB (also dont remember how long thats been broke)...see below.

Foley's been busy over the holidays workin' on the Zuk. He swapped a bigger radiator for the factory 4cyl radiator, which entailed a crapload more tubing work since he had to move the winch forward to fit the new radiator and bigger electric fan. Also finished up today tying up loose ends since the motor swap, rewired everything and made it all clean looking, remounted the fuel pump and filter, new front leaf springs (again), hood pins, door bars, etc. I like his fairlead idea.

Remounted my CB. previously it was just screwed into the plastic on the bottom of the dash and the screws pulled out and cracked the plastic. i cut a piece of 1/8" plate to size, drilled and tapped two holes for the mounting bracket and used the plate and the bracket to sandwich the plastic at the bottom of the dash. Also can see that the inside bedliner has faired much better than that in the bed.

Yeah, works from the house, not at the office. Must be DNS issues with my machine.
