BRAND NEW!!!....as in, i cut the tire go to discount and trade it out for $30 then give it to you.

i dont want the OBA kit that much, especially if i gotta spend $$ to find and buy a compressor only to use it as a core for a new one, and buy who knows what else to make it all work.
