probably...the hole is 7/8" diameter, the mount is about 1" wide...it fits the big size shackle (like a warn) pretty snugly. There's not a whole lot of room to work with between the back of the hole and the baseplate, but you could make it work.
These things make a big flat bumper look less big and flat.
