Need a roommate for the fall, summer is also open if someone wants to fill the spot. Rent is $350 month +1/3 utilities. House is on S. Dexter and has garage.

between holeman and southwest. Utilities/cable/internet/gas usual run right around $75-100 per person depending on the month. Just stop by whenever, my cell is 979-574-5109. someone will be here.
