How much light will a light like one of these put out?

I need to rig up some kind of lighting system for the buggy. I have most of it planned out, but what to do about headlights is giving me problems. I don't have alot of room to work with, so the lights will have to be pretty small. I just wonder if something this size will be very bright. I don't need much, just enough to keep me from driving off the edge of the a cliff or something if I'm on the trail after dark. They will be suplemented with a some rocklights, and I don't care if they're street legal cuase it will never be on the street, especially after dark. Any ideas? Oh yeah, needs to be relatively cheap as well
