Dana 35 in Houston area

My girlfriend's roommate's rear axle in her TJ took a dump yesterday. I thinm it either has a stripped axle shaft or two or stripped pinion splines. Anyone have anything?

I wouldn't put a 35 back in there, or even fix the one that is in there unless she needs it tomorrow. An 8.8 out of an explorer is a better choice, or try to find a TJ 44. You can buy the brackets to put it on through MORE. I think you will just poop out the rearend again before long, Dana 35's suck worse than Jerry's stint at the vaccum repair school for the mentally challenged, or something. I'd find a girlfriend that drives a civic instead. :gigem:

No, not hardly, and shes engaged to a marine. I doubt her 'rents would go for upgrading so just a 35 will do.
