I must be too stupid to figure these out.
I finally went down to the one next to Twisters in Snook and turned my CB to 25. Drove up on the thing and nothing. Must be something wrong with my CB. Adjusted squelch, volume, and stuck the ant. on the roof. Nothing. Backed up, pulled forward, nothing. Talked at Channel 25 nothing. Are these things automated or does someone read your weight to you? Is there another one nearby or do i have to look like a dork asking the people at Bryan Iron and Metal to weigh me "just cuz?"

Bryan Iron will weigh you for $5. Go turn in 10 lbs in scrap metal and get weighed for free.

channel 19 is the nominal channel. everybody stays on 19 until they "go to channel such-n-such."
