I need something to put in the trail truck. It must work and be about 8-10" wide. I'll be in CS tomorow and would like to pick it up. If you have one for me, please give me a call at 361-815-2408 because I'll be heading up there early tomorow and be there all day. Thanks

A cheap Uniden from radio shack or something is like $20

I'll check the shack but if that doesnt work out can you find that radio Cookie? I know that its easier to find broken 700R4s than functional ones.

I looked on the shacks site and the cheapest one they have is $50. Are you going to be in town on thursday or friday cook? If you are I will pick the radio up from you then.

i got one at wal-mart once. it was cheap and worked.

Maybe. I got to make a trip to Dallas on Tues for a doctors apt, new tires, and to prossibly rebuilt my transmisson i suppose. So it depends on the shop i take it to i guess.

speaking of CBs, is that shop out on 21 still open? I've been wanting to stop by it, but everytime I drive by its closed

I live in north dallas so that is quite a drive, but yea I can probably get them for you. It depends on the condition of my transmisson. How big are they? If I can lift them with one arm then that'll be ok. Otherwise there will have to be someone there to load them for me, since im not suppose to put any stress on my left arm.

As for the CB, Robert I'll let you know I get back from Dallas. After this trip I'll probably but down here until school starts so whenever you are here we can meet up.
