Roommate

The top floor in the house is empty. I'd like one roommate. There's 3 rooms and a living area upstairs. The rent would be $400 + electricity. All other bills paid. The house is located in Chimney Hill, behind the Albertsons off of University. Close to campus and the Spring Loop shuttle route. I'd prefer someone that's relatively neat as I'm trying to be myself. :) Thanks. ~dso

Oh yes, one other caviat. Your **** can't leak oil (or other fluids), nor can you work on it extensively at the house. Projects must be measured in hours not in days. I plan on living here a while and don't want to **** up my driveway or piss off my neighbors & HOA... atleast with that. I'm sure I'll find things that I want to do that piss them off, so I need to save those favors and battles for those issues. Like building the giant carport that I want. :D

There is also a double sinker bathroom upstairs. You don't have to venture downstairs to go pottie.

To answer your question Erik, I think so. Although I have not yet embarked on the fine detailed reading of my HOA bylaws, but I believe that's covered in there somewhere.

So who wants to be king of all that is 2nd floor domain of Fireside Circle... Court, or whatever it is? :)
