Anyone with 03 and up Dodge have problems with the A/C?

Mine blows cold ass air out of the driver side vents and then at a stop light you'll hearing this sound (like when you flip from defrost to regular vents and the different flaps clothes) and then the air coming out of the passenger side vents becomes warm.

Anyone else had this problem? Read about it Dieseltruckresource, but no one had a definite solution. I'm sure its gonna be a pain in the ass if I take it to the dealer, so I'd like to have something to tell them.
