I'm looking for a roommate to go 1/2 in on a 2bd/2bth with a 2 car covered parking driveway for around 300-320/mo all bills paid just electricity. Its on 2818 about 3 miles from A&M. I'm considering moving before its too late so i can have covered parking for my motorcycle and so i can park my toyota in there and work on it. I'd like someone who doesn't mind a bottle of GOJO in the shower or holding something while i tack weld or moving a dirty axle or has a project of their own as i don't mind and would actually like to help someone else. So if you or someone you know is looking for a place....let me know asap.....

found a better place. its in the trailerpark just off rock prarie. 312/mo 3/2 bath. bills split 3 ways. Its a nice place with alot of storage inside and out. Its got a big 12x20 deck. Its my buddies place and we usually have a few kegs out there every now and then. no CSPD to deal with.
