Background info...

My middle brothers mustang is having an idle problems. When he starts it up it's fine for a second and then jumps to ~2000 RPMs. Sometime's it corrects itself, sometimes it has to warm up first. He says sometimes between shifts it does the same thing. I guessed IAC or the equivlant on a ford. I'm about to start researching mustang boards, anyone got a suggestion?

Jeremy had a similar problem, there was some air bleed in the throttle body, I think he took the throttle body out and just cleaned the piss out of it with carb cleaner.

I had a very similar problem on my truck. Replaced the TPS. I think Austin did this too. They're not exactly the same but it's worth a shot. And if that doesn't work...
shoot fireballs at it!

Oh come on man. You got no lady fingers, fuzz buttles, snicker bombs, church burners, finger blasters, gut busters, zippity do das, or crap flappers?
