anybody done dana 30 high-steer???? how hard/expensive??... with my gearbox location issues i think i might have to convert to high-steer. i honestly know very little about it though.

I'm not sure that hi-steer is possible on a 30 - seems like a waste to a lot of people. The only thing I've seen is something Flem sent me about converting to D44 knuckles and crap, then maybe you could do it. Otherwise I guess the only choice is to copy Troy's like I plan to do and be satisfied with knuckle-to-knuckle steering instead of the stock "Y" crap Wranglers have.

well phuck... that does look like a ****load of trouble.... can you at least tell me the distance up the frame rail that the gear box is located from the center of the axle tube? i guess a TJ is the same as a YJ.
