Eric and a few others came up with this "workday" idea & I hope it is something that catches on.

Come on over Saturday any time from 11am on and work on your truck or help out others. I have a ton of leftover Slovacek's sausage I'd be glad to share along with my driveway. Bring your favorite beverages.

Post up what you need to do on your rig and any special tools you might need. I have most basic tools & air tools.

Call 574-4802 if you can't work mapquest.

No torch, but I am sure there will be spare hands.

You have to melt the plastic retainer thingy on new(er) Chevys. IF you don't have a torch or a butane torch then you can use a press... Just stay clear of it and be prepared for a big pop when it comes loose.

Thats what Frick told me, so if anyone has a propane hand held torch that I could melt the plastic retainers that'd be great.

ill be there just to help and supervise. Chris, If I can get access to a mig welder I can shorten your driveshaft for you. As long as you don't want it perfectly ballanced.

I have been super busy this week so haven't been able to watch the forums much, but I assume we are still on for tomorrow. See you around 11am. We'll fire up the grill around lunchtime.
