The truck spun a rod bearing a few days ago, so I was pulling the pan to see if I could put some new ones in. Long story short, I needed to cut the exhaust to get the pan out. The grinder skipped out, bounced of the ground and cut in to my arm.

There was blood splatter everywhere! It was kind of like one of those axe murder movies but not that bad. It didn't have that volume, maybe that of a Dixie cup or so. but it was on the grinder, the truck and a nice pool on the ground. Ended up squelching the bleeding, and I an a friend worked for another hour.

So after a trip to Kroger's for some butterfly bandages, I'm all fixed up. Funny thing is that it never really hurt.

thats what happens when you use the cheap ones with the switch that stayes on when you drop it.

suprizing no, it unbolts after the cat and is a pain to get out of the way. It was just easier to ubolt it from the DP and cut it lose.

i'll be out at the shop till 2 pm tomorrow pulling the motor. Looks like I'll be installing a crack and set of rods this weekend.
