seems pretty cool. Ivan "Ironman" Stewart should be there, and they'll have some of the new FJs out there. Any of you people interested?

If Jeeps are welcome I'll come. I don't know though all the FJ guys might get jealous. :flipoff2:

Bump, anyone still planning on going to this? So it's the weekend after this upcoming one right?

Yeah, I looked at the site again. I'm going to try to get my poop fixed this weekend. If the stars align, I'll probably go.

Are you coming out next weekend to Gilmer?

I plan on it, I'm going to do a little bit of wheeling around here and on the 242 river this week and make sure everythings set. Other than that I plan to go even if everyone else bails.

So who's all in for sure? I still plan to go, but if no one else does I might just save the money for the upcoming trip to Katemcy.

for the money and distance you have to tow I think katemcy is much more fun and provides a larger range of difficulties. Plus, you realize you're taking your jeep on its maiden voyage at a toyota event, right?

I was planning on going to both. I'm sure there'd be plenty of other non-yota rigs out there.

There will be all kinds of stuff out there. I went to the Binder event with Jimmy, Freddy, & John.

Well I told my Pop's tonight on the phone and he said it was cool that I make the trip to BOTH Gilmer and Katemcy, since I've been waiting so long to wheel the damn thing. Anyone know what time they'd like to leave or if you'd want to do a convoy?

I still want to go, but I'm at about 70 hours this week so far at the office. I haven't worked on the Cruiser at all. I have to leave for Houston in 3 hours, so I don't think I'll be in much shape for driving tomorrow night. I think I'm out unless I get a wild hair and get up early Saturday morning. Not likely at this point.
