Stock ford truck pitman arm

I'm just curious as to whether or not a stock ford truck pitman arm will work for my revised crossover steering system. I currently have a superlift drop arm on there now and I believe it is originaly for a ford application so maybe a stock one will work. Anyone have on?

how soon do you need one, my brother is fixing to put a lift on his truck. it will be coming off of 87 f150.
