Alright we are needing one more roomate for the upcoming year. Lease begins in august.
What you get: Kick ass house that has seen more parties than grayson, and has evolved into the Tamor Central meeting point for club extra-cirricular activities.
It has also seen its fair share of rigs and modification to rigs as well so yours could be next.
Kick ass garage with welder, torch, and most other tools you need.
Also very very close to campus.
Rent 350 a month, plus around 100 bucks for bills. This includes high speed internet, and cable tv.
