by "cool" do you mean blazed? Their eyes make them look high. My friend, who exxaggerates a lot said they used to have a cat they would put in a box and then blow pot smoke in there to get him high. He said after awhile, the cat would just go hang out in the box. I think the story went more like this. "We had this cat, we smoked a lot of pot."
