Ok, so my GF has about 10,000 to spend on a new car. I think should get a truck. I found a 1999 dodge 2500, diesel 2wd w/ a manual tranny.

it has 123000 miles on it. and they are asking 9750

Yes, you should definitely tell your girlfriend to buy a vehicle she doesn't need that you can borrow for towing your Jeep.

that seems ridiculously cheap for that truck, doesn't it?
See if she'll buy a 97 GMC Sierra z-71 with 160k on it for $8000 and give you the remaining 2k to blow on your jeep :flipoff2:

KBB didn't have a check box for "kustom underbrush pinstriping"

yeah, that is the other option. I can get a 36 year unlimited mileage warranty on the truck. Or I might have to succom to evil and find her a little car, but I hate little cars.

I like toyota, Feller how much you want for your taco

some of a b!tch...if you can get the above stated warrenty then that truck should never have repair costs :flipoff2:

technically it would be its 43rd birthday. cause the truck is 7 years old already and then add another 36

if you consider cleaning the soot off the test cell ceiling part of the testing then, yes he does.

Get something that is gay and sporty that you would never buy yourself, but would be fun to drive. Miata, mini-cooper, some gay volkswagen thing, Prelude, Integra... (Civic ;) ) I'm partial to Honda or Toyota. I don't see how you could go wrong with one of those. We had an Integra, and tried to kill it several times without any luck. The RSX is the Integra replacement, I think they are cool for a chick. I would steer clear of getting her a broken ass old tow rig or an off-road rig of any type. When it breaks, it will be your fault, get something that makes her happy, not something she is getting to make you happy.
