There is a place in Bryan that rebuilds motors but I can't think of it off-hand. It's sorta by Purvis but farther South and off the beaten path. I'll try to think of it, I think it's a guys name.

Is that the one over by the co-op? we use to use a guy over there for a lot of rebuilds/exchanges. May be hard to find sngle phase though...most everything that he does (industrial applications) is 3 phase.

change of subject... who knows about static phase converters?

no, it's over there by the diesel fuel injection repair place. you take the road off hwy 21 by the crane place and go north and there are some shops up in there. call mark wilhelm at we rent it on texas ave in bryan and he'll tell yo where to go. just tell him you know me...we use to work together at the co-op and do repair and maintenance.

there's some web sites on how to build your own. I have a 10hp compressor I need to do a conversion on...so when you make one make two instead and give me one.

i dont think a static will do for 10 hp. statics are for free spinning things like drill presses and mills. you'll probably need a rotary.

they pretty cheap for the small ones.
