I can get you what you need probably cheaper than anywhere you can find, at least in the ranch hand and frontier. Both make replacements that weigh about the same as the guard and stock bumper you have now.

I have seen the RH replacement, but can not find a pic of the frontier replacement on an 04+. Now I am leaning towards the Warn transformer or the Warn hidden kit(69110)

Here's straight from the frontier catalog. Ranchhand and Frontier do not offer anything with an integrated winch mount for your truck.

Just put a receiver hitch on the deer guard and run it, my dad used to run our M12000 before he got his full replacement and it did fine, Just make sure there is some sort of contact with the frame, either welded or bolted it will help strengthen everything with the payload of the winch.
