Somebody to sublease my place

I need someone to sublease my part of the house for in the spring and summer as I will be gone on my internship. Its a 4/2 house on 1 acre of land off of 60. $295 month for rent and 1/4 bills. If yall are interested or know somebody let me know

More than likely I will be with Whiting-Turner, they called me wanting me to intern with them, I would be based out of the San Antonio office but would be working in Lake Jackson. They made me a pretty reasonable offer. Just need somebody to take my spot here for a while so I can work
