Somehow my Bronco drained my optima battery while it was sitting still. That will be an issue in itself. However, I was told that you can't recharge an optima battery like a normal battery. If that is true, then how do I recharge it?

slowly on a trickle charger

I think you have to give them a low amp charge. Set your charger on like 2 amps and let it go all night.

or take it to Interstate Battery in Bryan and give them $5 to charge it

the cheap harbor freight trickle charger will do it. it's only like $5. it worked on one that has been dead for over a year. I just charged it the other night and plan on putting it in the new RR. use to be in the 88 RR until i killed it like two years ago. now it's good.

take it in and have them quick test it... it will fail and get a free replacement... i did it in my f150 like a month ago because my power-inverter killed it dead
