dodge hood insulation

My insulation under the hood is about in shambles. Have any of you dodge guys had this problem? I need to get a new sheet but last time I remember pricing one they were like $150+ Would this be on ebay or pretty much something from the factory?

Just use some landscaping felt and layer it.
