first off there is no e in colman and second i am still going to use mine between the jeep and the blazer. I just need to find someone with a bender to help me make 8-10 bends

sorry andrew, i think you may have taken some offense in that, sorry again. when are you planning on making the cage for the cj? it would be good to know what degree bends to make at what lengths.

I need some - and my friend needs some for his XJ

I was planning on using DOM for the major pieces with bends and HREW for the straight bracing. I will probably only need 6 sticks

EDIT - I thought I PM'd that

why that much, just builf off of your old one or get a wrangler one and build off of that one, easier and cheaper

well how much do you think i'll need. I'm planning to build off the old one, the plan as of now is two main hoops comming from the windshield back to the existing bar, (one for each side). a windshield bar to connect the two, a dash bar with passanger side handle, two handles in either corner of the hoops andn two additional spreader bars. So 6 pieces in total, 1-dash bar, 1-windshield bar, 2-main hoops, 2-spreaders, 1-dash handle, 2-corner handles.

You're not thinking of using 1.75" dom as a grab bar are you?
