Everybody is bailing out on me at 218. There will be 2 spots opening this may and 3 in august. 1 summer spot is kevins sublease.

Info
218 Redmond behind ramada and jack in the box on Texas.
4/2 detached garage
fenced yard and dog pen
Rent is 350 plus bills- normally 100-130
Internet in every room
Cable in every room
Fancy cable in TV room.

as of right now there isnt anything really broken, and we are in the process of fixing up the back yard, it just needs a good cleaning

dude your house was the nastiest house i'd ever been in (owned/rented by white people), me and mike's was gross, but I'm pretty sure we never wiped a great dane's jowels on the carpet.

i disagree... the house was cleaned analy by me the outside was the bad part... with exception of austin's room

our house may of had old carpets but it wasnt dirty... i cant speak for ryans room now :flipoff2:

We are in need of someone again. Im moving to smaller and cheaper things. At the moment we do have a back up guy but he will only be here for a semester.

Turns out a lawnmower doesnt work when the blade is 3" under water :laughing:

its not the height of the grass in that backyard that is the problem it is the random parts hidden under them that get ya, i almost broke my neck twice when i was back there earlear today. o well thats what i get for braving the jungle
