How cheap are these things? My neighbor girl bought a 03 TJ with a refurbished title. The things squeaks so we crawled under it and appernely it took a hellava hit ot the passenger side. The pass. side lower control arm bracket(where the LCA mounts to the axle tube) is bent pretty badly, and torn on one side. I would imagine that the tube is probably slightly bent as well.

I guess I could torch that bracket off another d30 and weld it onto her axle, but that seems yankee. I will prbably need a LCA too.

or you can buy mine w/ 4.56's, aussie locker and chromo stubs,

if you do that I will sell you a rear with chromo shafts, disks brakes and a detriot that needs a new ring and pinon

I think Mountain Off-Road or one of those places sells replacement brackets. I put new ones on Lissa's, but the housing wasn't bent. I would bet the mounts at the frame end are at least wallowed out. TJ axle/frame mounts are ****ty.

Couldn't find them on MORE's website, but Currie makes them. Here is the link...http://www.currieenterprises.com/CEStore/Product.aspx?id=1275 These welded in the correct spot and a full alignment should fix the problem if the axle tube is not bent, I do not think it is.

I will check the frame mounts, but I definetely still need a lca

that is what will happen to her's , but if it does, it probably will not be a low speeds  so i need to fix it. I think we are going to order the currie ones, cut old ones off, weld new ones one (cook or clark?) and have cardoc align it.

You can get a stock replacement LCA from any offroad shop that puts lifts on them... Usually free.

if she eis goint to wheel it and you don't use stock control arms make sure you use arms that have at least one flex joint at one end, bushings on both ends are what causes them to rip off the frame
