GPP training. I'm going to fill them with various things (water, sand, etc.) and move them in different ways.

I'd like to have 3.

GPP can be trained with various implements, very similar to the Strongman events. A vehicle push, tire flip, farmers walk, wheelbarrow push, plate carries, various implement carries, etc.

Right now, I'm looking for alternative methods of cardio. I have no immediate plans to compete in a strongman event, but I did find a competition in Houston. I have a LONG way to go before I'm ready to compete as a heavyweight, even as an amateur. The things some of these guys are capable of are absolutely incredible. Maybe I'll give it a shot next year, if I'm ready. At any rate, the training looks like fun!
